Fully furnished studio, one room plus a non-separate bedroom near Place des Vosges, le Marais, in Bastille.
Ideal for a couple.
Clean, safe and quiet
Fully equipped kitchen, double bed, TV cables, DVD. High speed line for computer,. 2nd floor.
Available for only 550 euro per week . All year long.
The area
Very secure area, two minutes walking to the place de la Bastille. Near of all monuments walking distances : very close to the famous place des vosges. In the Marais area. Very close of Opera-Bastille, Theatre de la Bastille, lArsenal.
All shops around, four supermarkets and a lot of delicatessen.
Metro station : Bastille (2 minutes) and Saint-Paul (4 minutes) Many buses all around., Bastille is the center of Paris.
The flat
A dining room , television with cable, DVD player, High speed connection computer . No phone. A separate kitchen with all the cooking material (oven, plates, glasses etc.. and two washing-machines for clothes and for dishes). A bathroom with shower, bath, toilets, towels. A bed-space with a large bed for two persons. Very quiet, sunny and charming. The payment Apartment for 1 or 2 occupants. Rent 2 nights minimum : 2 consecutive nights minimum rental is required. 80 euros / night Weekly rent : 560 euros for one or two persons, all charges included.
Deposit 500 euros.
Payment 20% when you book, the rest at your arrival
